The route has, at last, been revealed. Rather than repeat it all here please look at this news post. The bus departs the Leadmill at 9am with potential pick-ups en route to Woodhead/Crowden. Contact Tom Westgate, RO extraordinaire, to book your place.

Runners should be aware that there will be no support along the way and you must take sole responsibility for your own safety. Navigation skills and your own maps required. Prior plans for route choice and escape routes are a good idea, and the navigationally challenged should certainly consider running in pairs. Full FRA kit recommended, plus food, a bivvy bag, and mobile phone. You will also need dry gear to change into at the end, and money for the train ride back to Sheffield.
