Loxley Lunge

Club races that appear in the calendar are primarily organised for the benefit of our members and are not normally open to non members. It is recommended that non-members who are interested in joining Dark Peak come along to one of our club runs in the first instance.
Date and Time: Saturday 16th July 2016, 4:00pm
Event type: DPFR race
Gridref: SK307898
Postcode: S6 6RR
Distance and climb: 3mi, 750ft
League: 40@40 League
Notes:

If you've still not done the Lunge, then the 40@40 provides the perfect excuse to tick this DP classic off your bucket list. The usual time trial format from RO Dave Holmes' mansion, to wit you start any time you like between 4pm and 7pm, post your time on the garage door upon your return, then settle down to enjoy the BYO BBQ and beer drinking in Dave's back garden.

All welcome, so long as you understand that the course is somewhere on the spectrum between 'idiosyncratic' and 'dangerous', and that you take part ENTIRELY at your own risk. Dave is liable to lay on some superior home brew, but please do bring along something to barbecue and drink. It would also help if you let Dave know in advance that you're coming, 'so that he knows how many baps to buy'.
