Dark Peak at the Swim Run UK Championship

Last weekend two intrepid Dark Peak ladies, Penny and Sarah, together with Matt Rigby and Rob Davison, went up to Loch Lomond for the "Loch Lomond Inch by Inch" event. So if you wonder why they haven't been seen lately it's because they have been swim training like mad. The event seemingly involves multiple sections of open water swimming - including one leg of 2.8 Km - with running sections in between. A total of over 6 hours effort.

So if anyone feels inspired to emulate them in the future the results, and a report are here, which will give a flavour of what is entailed.
