The Relays are nearly upon us. We hope it is going to be an exciting and challenging event.
1. To abide by FRA rules we need to get confirmation from each club that all of their runners have a copy of the information pack we sent out - either a copy of the printed version or downloaded from the CVFR website.
Please can you confirm that this is the case. Without this confirmation I'm afraid we cannot let clubs run because our insurance would be invalid.
2. So that we have an idea of numbers, please can you check with your runners and let us know within the next week how many people from your club will be:
a) using the minibus from Mythomroyd Community Centre to the Castle Carr estate. Do you know which departure time minibuses they expect to use?
b) staying for the band and bar afterward the event, in the MCC. This will be straight after the prize giving. We're putting on the band and music for free and the bar will be open to midnight.
c) wanting to purchase Pie & Peas (veggie and non-veggie) during the 'do' in the MCC
d) camping at the special relays-campsite at Dauber Bridge (as marked on the 'access' map)
3.Please note that GPS is not allowed on leg 3 (the navigational leg). This was missing from the information pack.
