A Junior's run lead by Helen Elmore. There will be some drills to develop good running form and some intervals to introduce running at higher intensity levels. This run is suitable for all. Juniors should be supervised by an adult (there is no necessity for the adult to run for this session). If supervision is not possible, contact Junior Coordinator. The run will last between one and one and a half hours.
There will be a cafe stop in Hope afterwards.
