The window of opportunity is Monday 10th August to midnight on Sunday 16th August.
As a time trial you may run: solo, as a
household group, or with one other runner (whilst ensuring a distance is
kept to 2m at all times).
However, please note: you must be self sufficient on the hill. Consider conditions and options for self rescue in the event of an accident.
Carry all that you will need to stay safe. FRA kit is a minimum - but quite possibly short of what you will really need to stay warm if you have to stop running.Results to "TTResults [at] dpfr.org.uk" by mid-day on Monday 17th.
The race is not suitable for runners younger than 14. Juniors between 14 & 16 must be accompanied by an adult that can keep up with them.
