The ROs' preference is for runners to visits all four springs. Slower runners are however welcome to visit just three springs (no.s 1, 2 & 4).
This is anticipated as being a Time Trial. You may run: solo, as a household group, or with one other runner (whilst ensuring a distance is kept to 2m at all times).
However, please note: you must be self-sufficient on the hill. Consider conditions and options for self rescue in the event of an accident.
14 y.o. to 16 y.o. may participate with an accompanying adult. 16 to 17
y.o. may participate solo or with an adult. It is important to recognise
that this is not a marshalled race. Self-sufficiency of the group is required in all feasible circumstances.
Carry all that you will need to stay safe. FRA kit is a minimum - but quite possibly short of what you will really need to stay warm if you have to stop running.
The 7 day window to run the race is Monday 21st September to Sunday 27th September. Times to glenborrell [at] googlemail.com by mid day Monday 28th.
RO Glen Borrell.
