Fell running specific coaching, more details
This is a 1 hour coached session for DPFR adult members and immediate family. The training is suited to adults, not juniors.
Meet at 6.30pm at the small astroturf pitch in Millhouses Park (Beauchief end).
30 mins of strength and technique work followed by 30 mins of intervals / hill reps etc.
Trail / fell shoes needed, all abilities welcome.
