Tuesday Coaching

Coaching sessions start again this week (3rd September) after the summer holidays.
Meeting at 6.30pm at the Totley end of Millhouses Park. 30 minutes of technique and strength work followed by 30 minutes of interval training. All abilities welcome, trail shoes advised.
