It was a great turnout with 35 people running. Well done to all who ran, especially those on the final weekend as there were stories of knee deep snow on the tops and plenty of stamina sapping mud in the valleys. Tom Saville and Majka Kunika currently have line honours... If there are any of you who are itching to run or have a second go feel free to do so and submit your time.

---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tom Saville | 01:51:01 | Dark Peak | MSEN | Great route but not ideal conditions for a fast time - knee deep snow on tops and knee deep mud I the valley! | |
| Tom Brunt | 01:51:44 | Dark Peak | M45 | Wet, claggy, slippery (treacherously so coming off Mam Tor) but strangely enjoyable all the same. | |
| Glen Borrell | 01:54:17 | Dark Peak | M40 | Went to Hollins Cross as couldn't remimber if it was a check point. Missed the gate at Ollerbrook farm and did a short detour. Cracking route | |
| Ralph Skrimshire | 02:00:45 | Dark Peak | M40 | Lovely day, great route! | |
| Jack Foxall | 02:14:19 | Dark Peak | M40 | Had a lovely run round the Edale Circle in the sun this afternoon. Never run this before, but its now possibly my instant favourite Dark Peak race. | |

| Carl Egdell | 02:15:30 | ||||
| James Halse | 02:17:11 | Dark Peak | M40 | What a beast! Even if the old route was a bit shorter, Dave Taylor’s time of 1:33 sounds incredible. | |
| Chris Lawson | 02:17:38 | Dark Peak | M45 | I had a thoroughly enjoyable jaunt round the Edale circle route | |
| Tim Rippon | 02:22:45 | Dark Peak | M55 | First Rippon | |
| Simon Rippon | 02:24:38 | Dark Peak | M55 | Last Rippon | |
| Nick Kirk | 02:26:50 | Dark Peak | M50 | What an excellent route and great hill training. | |
| John Webber | 02:27:22 | Dark Peak | M60 | It’s a tough route with most of the climbing not on paths! I knew the last climb was going to be the hardest so I grabbed some respite by taking a trod to the ridge path which on reflection probably cost me a few minutes on the way to Lord’s Seat. | |

| Matt Harmon | 02:34:23 | Dark Peak | MSEN | ...probably should've waited for better weather and fresher legs but had a fun time regardless | |
| Lee Walker | 02:38:51 | Dark Peak | M40 | Brilliant route, we both really enjoyed it. Gave me some nav practice too! | |
| Basil Moss | 02:42:33 | My friend James and I ran this yesterday. We'd not done any of these before, both quite new to this. Cracking route, definitely the most exciting run I've ever done! We're not affiliated with any club, but I'm thinking of joining DPFR. (Do it! Ed.) | |||

| Mick Cochrane | 02:49:50 | Dark Peak | M70 | Was doing ok until the descent to Upper Booth | |
| Jim Paxman | 02:51:44 | Dark Peak | M60 | I ran bits of Edale Circle this afternoon and walked the rest. I’m pleased having taken 2 or 3 minutes off my time from 2016. I’m in awe of Dave Taylor’s 1:33:01 and have the utmost respect for those who have gone round in under 2 hours! |
